The first element of the mechanical pre-treatment, grinding equipment is of key importance in the process of purification, in a wastewater treatment plant as pe in the water treatment process.

Solution:

TCT-020 works under a unique system which performs the functions of grinding, washing, extraction, drying and pressing into a single computer.

TCT-020 is made of stainless steel.

Operation:

TCT-020 is installed with an inclination of 35 degrees, or in a container or directly into a channel. The auger screen TDT-020 ® is a combined team for the separation of the solids present in wastewater and the subsequent compaction and dehydration of the same. The solid material in suspension in the transport fluid is deposited on the screen clogged, which causes an increase in level at the front of it and a decrease in the back. The team consists of the following parts:

- Sieve filter.
- Augers.
- Compactor.

The screen filter is formed by a screen with light passing between 0.25 and 10mm which retains the suspended solids in the liquid transport. This screen is kept clean thanks to the corresponding brush set on the outside of the helix.

The screen can be of two types:
