The NBI is a belt conveyor for loads up 30 kg / m. Conveying between jobs, food or out of the machine, from scratch or charges. Available in large widths. Used in circuit in its core group.
Specifications
Chassis: Housing support forming a sliding plate steel 20/10th.
Coating: blue epoxy paint (other colors optional).
Band: vulcanized endless green plain PVC.
Control group: Drum Ø 95 and two tapered rubber. Fixed speed gear motor mounted on the top side, TRI 240/400 V (IP55).
Group power: Drum Ø 60 and two tapered rubber.
Speed: fixed speed 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 m / min.
Load capacity: 30 kg per meter.
Operating Principles
Drive the band control unit with hollow shaft gear motor, mounted at the shaft end.
Accessories
Foot support : SAN (for width <150) SCM (to set the ground), SDM.
Guides bilateral: Round Ø 12, Ø 25.
Electrical Accessories: C1, inverter V2, C3 and cabinet options.
